Nico Moretti is the founder of the Cooking Passions Cooking School in Perth, WA. Born in London, Ontario, Canada where his father, Vito, opened the town's first Italian restaurant, Nico developed a passion for food that has remained with him ever since.
Running classes from his Perth home, Nico teaches simple, stylish recipes in a dinner-party atmosphere to people that, 'either love to cook, or just love to eat'.
