I made this recipe the other day using basil and tonight mixed it with yoghurt then tossed some steamed new potatoes in it as per one of Trudy's suggestions.  This is a nice idea, I also dipped my spring rolls and other vegies in it.  Thanks Trudy, will try it brushed over a pork fillet next. I used Black Swan Naturally Sweet Greek Style Breakfast Yoghurt and the sweetness of that counteracted the sharpness of the gunge.

Thanks Trudy, will try it brushed over a pork fillet next.

I had a huge bunch of coriander in the fridge that I'd bought to make a recipe I never got around to, so I decided to make this (instead of having it go to waste). I used a lime and half a lemon in place of the full lemon (as that's what I had to use up).

It smells really fragrant. I'm sure it will be very useful to have in the fridge. Thanks for the recipe Trudy.

My basil is going mad but unfortunately the coriander had gone to seed so had to buy some!  Haven’t made this for some time but I am trying to dig out some old and trusted ones.  Anything to make life easier!

My basil always goes to seed so quickly. Yesterday I bought a bunch and made pesto using toasted cashews. I like that I can leave the nuts a bit chunky.
