Hi I have a kilo of sundried tomatoes in the freezer. What can I do with them? And what is the best way to rehydrate them?

Sun dried tomato, capsicum and cashew dip - my favourite
I then use up what we don't eat by flattening out some chicken breast spreading on the dip, rolling them up and steaming in the varoma

You might like to try

There's also a sundried tomato pesto in Tenina's For Food Sake.

I love that dip too Faffa. But I think I need to rehydrate them first as they are very dry.
