Perhaps vodka in a spray bottle as you go. Then if someone came you could simply have another spray in the mouth and say "I'msh cleanun."

Drink the vodka and clean with vinegar - or drink vodka while cleaning with vinegar - or drink vodka and ditch the cleaning

I agree more vodka less cleaning.

Definitely
