I'm hoping we can have an Indian cook up on Sunday but DH and I are both working so might need to wait again. Hally thanks for the testing freezing the naan, we've often wondered how it would turn out but always end up eating all that we make on the night. reheating in the varoma might work well.

Hally we actually like the bread soft rather than crispy so think this way would work well for us - just hadn't thought of it before.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.

On Jamies &Jimmys show last night, Jimmy made a home made tandor. It looked good, but didnt hold much. It would be worth a go as it woukd be a cheap way to test one out.
Anyone see it?
