Well my problem here I think is that I didn't read the recipe correctly and tried to add everything to the bowl and when I realised had to try and mix it which meant it went clumpy. In an effort to get the lumps out I put the mixture in the bowl (in half batches) and whizzed it to make it smooth. I baked 2 separate loaves the first in a tin and the second as a cob loaf a few days later. In both cases I cooked for the required time but when I cut it it was very sticky particularly the cobb loaf. I guess I needed to cook for longer though it was very brown and crusty on the outside. It could have also been related to my mess up at the beginning
Having said that though my eldest son in particular really likes it. I will definitely give it another go and try the right method:)
