I've made Sambuca melting moments in the past, but this sound MUCH better (not actually a big fan of aniseed, only made them for DH who loves it).  YUMMMMM better keep them out of reach of the kids though...  ;)

Oh my, these are lush!
I was able to make these thanks to Judy's home made limoncello she gave me.  I don't think these will last long here.

Yes, I did eat the one that's missing from the corner!

It didn't take you long to turn the limoncello into biscuits Katie - I love to drink it but I will have to try these biscuits one day myself.

Made these recently for some visitors, filled them with a cream cheese and limoncello icing. They couldn't get enough, I only had two left out of the twenty five I had made. There was only two visitors.

Great recipe!
I just made half and didn't have any limoncello so added vanilla. I needed a tiny bit of water to bring the mix together - perhaps a tablespoon.
Sandwiched with lemon curd and they were a real hit.
I had the dough in the fridge for about half an hour and didn't have any trouble with the biscuits spreading.
