This was a quick and yummy dinner that we all enjoyed. Unfortunately after I had started I realised that I had run out of sesame oil that I think would have made it taste really lovely.  I found that there was, well for us, way too much quinoa so would probably only use 200g for us next time. The tikka sauce is lovely and really adds to the dish. I will definitely make this again.
