Ingredients:2 sticks celery
1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1 sprig rosemary
250g red lentils (rinsed)
1 tin red kidney beans
20g oil
700ml chicken stock
400g tinned tomatoes
Optional- Chilli (to suit your own taste for heat)
Preparation:Chop onion, garlic, celery and optional chilli for 3 seconds on speed 6.
Add oil and cook for 3 minutes, 100C on

Add red lentils, kidney beans, rosemary sprig, tomatoes and chicken stock. Cook for 20 minutes at 100C,
.
Remove the rosemary before eating.
Very low fat and SOOOO delicious!
