Helen, Chookie's recipe is great - http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4253.0.

As far as casseroles and curries go, they are so much tastier if made a day in advance.

Helen I make that recipe of Chookie's 3-4 times a week. I make it as a loaf and it is our everyday bread. For a change I use different types of flour and seeds. It is a lovely tasting recipe.
When you have time have a look through the sections titled Main Meals and All in One Meals. Read the reviews etc of the recipes and try some that you feel you will like.
Don't forget to let us know how things go.

We even have an oops thread. I have featured rather well there lately.  ;D ;D

Thx cookie1 - I will have to experiment with it, I have only ever made the spelt bread rolls, so way behind on bread making:)

We do achookwoman - we have a couple of gr8 markets - I love fresh almond milk and Aintree Farm at Srathmerton grows/sells organic vegies and almonds, as well as cold pressed honey, etc -

I made Chelsea's Curried Pumpkin and Lentil Soup tonight which was delicious! So already this wonderful site inspires.  I just need to make more of an organised effort to cook more with my Thermie!
