IT HAS ARRIVED!!!

YEY!!!! I got my TM so exciting I had my phone demo made some lovely custrad KIDS LOVED IT and so did my lovely friend who was over when i was unpacking it.  I am slowly getting use to it, it does sound silly but i am a little nervous but i am sure i will get use to it i have made bread, porridge, juice ABSOLUTLEY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!, apple tea cake, and sorbet this arv for the kids afternoon tea and i am having another go at the bread it didnt turn out quite right the first time and i am at the moment attempting to make buttter but not exactly sure how to so that why i am on here at the moment to see if anyone has some tips!!!

i have just found the lovely photos of the butter i understand now what i am supposed to do!!!

I just tried the butter and i did something wrong you all must think what possibly could you have done anyway i will just try again!!

Butter can be fickle - hang in there - read the butter - photos thread - it will work out.  :-* :-* Chin up and don't despair - sounds like you have a good consultant

My first attempt didn't work either.  Subsequently found that using cream with at least 35% fat content and whipping it straight from the fridge (don't let it warm to room temp) works a treat.  Not had a failed batch since.  Good luck with your next attempt.

Yeah i did, i just didnt understand the process but you will be happy to know that i made BUTTER!!!! very exciting
