This was the best recipe I've made from the book so far but there is no way it would ever feed 6 people. It only makes 1 litre of curry, 4 x 1 cup serves over rice.
I only had a 90g piece of salmon so I added a handful of cooked prawns towards the end to bulk it up a bit. I did my usual thing with chopping & speeds with less cooking time once the salmon was added and I used curry powder instead of the spices but it was very tasty. The coriander is essential in this recipe, it takes it to a much higher level.
Ingredients
curry spices, can of tomatoes, can of chickpeas, only 120g salmon, ginger, garlic, onion, coriander & flaked almonds to serve.
