Recipe for an eggless apple cake
«

I recently saw a recipe for an eggless apple cake. The apples are stewed and the mixture added to the hot apples. I don't think it was a TMX recipe, but I'm not sure. If anyone knows of its whereabouts I would be eternally grateful. I'll convert it if it's not TMX.
A big thank you.

I found it. Now to try it and post the results. It is very easy so may not even need the TMX.

I suddenly remembered that it was in one of my books that I'd been reading a few days ago. One produced here using all the old tried and true recipes that had won prizes at the Royal Show.

Hi Cookie . . . did you post the recipe for this cake? I've searched but can't find it . . . I'd love to try it to give to an "eggless" friend!!

I don't think I did. I know where the book is so can pop it up.

It's very similar to Judy's Christmas Applesauce Cake.
Another delicious eggless cake is my Sun Bran Loaf.
I'll check for the other recipe.

I didn't either Judy. It made me go and find my recipe book with it in and I've decided I will make it. It's yummy.
