Going to my fishmonger this afternoon and will make these.
They look and sound delicious. Will have them tomorrow night.
Thanks Chookie

Delicious chookie and not too heavy. We had them with rocket and asparagus salad and coleslaw.
Will definately make them again. Taking 2 to my mum tomorrow as I know she will love them.
Thanks for the recipe

Bumping this recipe. These are really lovely, and are perfect with salad on hot days. I am making a batch today.
Chookie, do you think these would freeze OK if I formed the patties and then froze before cooking?
