Fish recipes that aren't "fishy"
« on: March 16, 2011, 02:22:47 am »
Hi Guys,

I know I should be feeding more fish meals to my family, but I really don't like seafood!  I can tolerate nice reef fillets (who can't) as they are delicate in flavour, but definitely not tinned or oily fish.  Could you help me out by suggesting a few recipes where the fish flavour is really low?  We really need to stop eating so many meat based meals :(

Thanks,

Renae :)

Thanks heaps :)

I've made a tuna bake before and found it too strong of a smell for me to handle, but the rest of the family loved it.  I will be keen to try the cakes....should be hard pressed to taste the fish in that.'

Cheers,

Renae :)
