Hi,

Brisbane based, ex-TMX sceptic now TMX lover.  Enjoy the simple, wholesome food that can be produced.

I love food and find cooking relaxing, although busy at work currently so my wife is doing most of it.

Looks like a great forum.

Cheers,

Lachy

Hi guys, a big welcome to the forum.  Not many people don't fall in love with their TMX's once they own one.  So many things we can make from scratch which is really rewarding.  I still marvel at a freshly baked loaf of bread, will never tire of that.   I hope you and your wife enjoy sharing the joy of cooking in your new machine.

Hi, great you have joined in, I think everyone is a little shocked by the price initially, but once you are a proud owner you can't help but be impressed.  Use it every day.
