I love my TMX5 and have had no problems. I didn't have a second jug with TMX31 so ain't missing it. For me the short delay when opening the lid doesn't present a problem.

I had the TM31, and ow the TM5 , take the TM31 with a extra jug.
Not fussed on the chip, or the delay with the locking arms.
