Slow Roasted Tomatoes
« on: August 04, 2015, 02:29:48 pm »
I had a few Roma tomatoes that needed to be used so I decided to slow roast them in the AF. I cut them and then put a little garlic oil onto each one and a sprinkle of chilli. I cooked them on 105 in the AF for about 40 minutes. I did it in increments of 10 minutes so that I could keep an eye on them.
They were perfect to go with our Quiche.

There is something so very appetising about roasted tomatoes - they would be gorgeous in a quiche.
