Celeriac salad with walnuts

Name of Recipe:  Celeriac salad with walnuts
Number of People: 4
Ingredients:

50 g walnuts
400g celeriac, in large chunks
2 firm pears, in pieces (without seeds)
100g sour cream
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp honey

Preparation:

1.  Put the walnuts into the bowl.  Chop 3 secs / 9.  Remove and reserve.

2.  Put rest of the ingredients into the bowl.  Chop 10-12 secs / 3-4 using the spatula

3.  Remove and place in a bowl  Stir through the chopped walnuts.

Tips/Hints:  Also good with the addition of finely chopped parsley.  178 Kcal.

Thanks - have to keep for next year possibly - need to see if there are still celeriac available.

I accidentally posted this under the wrong salad yesterday  :-[ :-[ Sorry.  Now it's under the right recipe!!!!!!

I made this the other day, and it was lovely.  I didn't chop up the walnuts, I broke them by hand over the top at the end.  I thought the chopping might make them finer than I wanted.  DH and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!
