Your pinwheels look great ES. Glad you enjoyed them. I sometimes fry the onion and bacon in frypan too, especially if I need the tmx to cook something else. Thanks for reviewing these. It's greatly appreciated.

Made these today and they are lovely and so easy. I substituted the bacon with sun dried tomatoes. DH very impressed.
