Welcome to our wonderful forum Sharon. I hope you will become a frequent user. As Astarra mentioned we all love our machines on here. With help from all our wonderful members it is so easy to use your machine for amazing things. I even do all our bread now as it is so easy with the thermomix.

Hi
I cook for 3 of us mostly. My husband, myself and our 'still at home' son.  I think he is here forever actually :)
I have been cooking up a storm since i got Thermie less than a week ago. Im really loving it.
Todays lunch was mushroom risotto, because my husband loves both risotto and mushrooms, it was so very easy and i reaaly loved it.
Now that is amazing because i can take or leave mushrooms. And i do not like risotto much.
Buttermilk bread ive made 5 loaves so far. I used to make my bread by hand. Im loving the buttermilk bread now.
I also have 4 batches of passionfruit curd, and both vegetable and chicken stock. Have made red curry duck and pork and prawn wontons in asian broth.  This machine is fabulous. As i know you all are aware.
