Smoked Salmon Dip (from this forum of course) -- always a winner! Actually just thought about the price of salmon, and it is actually probably a bit on the expensive side for a demo. Maybe the  Capsicum and Sundried Tomato  dip from the EDC, or the Tszaki

Not sure whether there is a recipe here or in a book for cashew and rocket - Parmesan in first and grate then cashews, rocket and olive oil, 1 teaspoon of sweet chili sauce -play with the amounts and you'll find something good.

Found it here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=136.0 and there's an Asian version with dips here http://thermomix-er.blogspot.com/search/label/dips

The beetroot, cashews and parmesan dip is nice. Also the capsicum and sundried one from the EDC.  Lovely spread on chicken and cooked in the Varoma. (Thanks JD)

I find Herb and Garlic always a winner (in the EDC) is a standard demo one BUT always has comments about it

Herb and garlic dip is always a hit in this house.  We often have it with some TMX Turkish bread for lunch or make yummy scrolls by spreading it on pizza dough with some grated cheese and rolling it up.  It's so versatile!  :)

Yes, I have a girlfriend (non owner) who will lick anything that has come into contact with the dip, would lick the blades if she thought I would let her  :o :o

I like talkative people - at least you are never stuck for something to say, and always know what they are thinking. Its the quiet ones you have to watch. (None of my friends are shy or retiring, and consequently our tongues are always going 100mph)

I always find the standard cheese and herb dip is finished off at every demo so tend never to do any other - unless it is a second demo. Also like guacamole but it is so quick doesn't have enough in it to impress.
