Cheddar and Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
250g cheddar cheese
50g spinach
1 onion
3 eggs
150ml milk
handful of parsley
salt
Pepper
2 teaspoons mustard-I used Dijon
shortcrust pastry base for plate
Preparation
Place onion in to bowl, speed 7,4 seconds.
Add cheese, (roughly chopped) spinach, parsley, eggs, milk, mustard and seasonings to bowl. Wizz these together until mixed, but you still want good chunks of cheese in the mixture. Also pieces of spinach.
Pour into pastry in quiche plate and cook in a moderate oven for 20-30 minutes.
This quiche is slightly different to others as it still has small pieces of cheese in it, and tiny pieces of spinach.
