That sounds like a fair outcome. The appliance has to be fit for purpose!
I don't recommend Thermomix anymore. I luckily kept my TM31 and it continues to work well.

Past94x I am so pleased you are getting a new machine, it's the least they can do.
Denise I'm sorry to read about your problems. I do hope it is fixed and back with you soon.
Both my machines got a work out yesterday, preparing for dinner guests.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Glad you have a new machine Past94x. You have certainly had some problems. I've had my TMX5 for 2 years now also. Touch wood nothing has gone wrong so far. Having said that I don't use it that much as all my cooking attempts go pear shaped.
