Golden paste?

I made a batch of golden paste this week made with turmeric and today wondered if anyone had made it in the TM?

Ive had a chronic shoulder and am trying it for anti-inflammatory purposes.
Found all the info here http://turmericlife.com.au and on the FB TUG group and wondered if anyone else makes it or uses it? I tried searching the forum but nothing came up.

  I use Blooms Green lipped mussel and Turmeric capsules for Arthritis pain. I think it works well. I couldn't eat enough Turmeric in cooking to have an anti inflammatory effect.

Tenina made a Tumeric drink at one of the classes I went to a long time ago.

I take tumeric tablets each day.  Took around three weeks before I got some relief but swear by them.

We are fine thanks.  In Queensland for a few days with my Mum.  Gives her a break and a chance to catch up with my cousin & his family.  Lv to you all xxx
