bread dough prepared

I am having some people over and making a thermomix dinner...I want to make some bread rolls to accompany the dinner...can I make the dough  the day before and just roll them the next day for baking?

Welcome Maria.
You can prepare the bread rolls the night before and place them in the fridge to prove overnight.Take them  out of the fridge to come up to room temperature before you bake them.
