Chicken Polpettini with steamed Rice and Green Beans.
« on: April 03, 2020, 08:12:26 pm »
I have made this recipe often so I thought I would share it with you all.

I sometimes use Pork Mince and use different chopping times for the vegetables. I find the mixture fairly wet so don’t add the egg as the balls will hold their shape.

The mix doesn’t need the egg to stay together  Denise?

My mixture doesn’t need the egg Cookie but a drier mixture will.
