The 2012 Thermomix Calendar developed by Tenina has HOW TO notes and tips for the following topics:

  • Creaming butter and sugar
  • Perfect egg whites
  • The secret to light and fluffy cakes
  • Making mayo made easy
  • Making a great mash
  • Fast track bread making
  • Infusing flavour into rice/fish
  • Fast track to buttermilk
  • Custard flavours

Thank you, Tenina and Thermomix.  This is a beautiful publication and well worth buying for the tips alone.  Congrats.
