when I was given this recipe I was a bit sceptical, as it's not a pizza in the proper sense, but after trying it...I do recommend it!
it's quick, tasty and very easy to make
Small pizza's with PhiladelphiaIngredients:250gr flour
250gr Philadelphia (light would do as well)
50gr butter
a pinch of salt
Preparation:Place all ingredients in the TMX bowl…4 minutes
Turn out on to a board and make your desired small pizza's size (I used a glass). Put some passata (tomato sauce) previously seasoned with salt, pepper, oil and oregano (or whatever you like).
Bake for 15 minutes at 180C. After that, add some mozzarella cheese and ham (or again whatever you like) and bake for other 10 minutes.
