Hannah and UnConundrum  thanks for the formula, recipe and tips. I too use too much yeast and no sugar because I don't like sweet but this sounds great. I will be making this one today.

I've seen these bread tins with lids attached at Kitchen Warehouse. I'm thinking of getting one for my Cape Seed Bread.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Hi barb,
how did you add the fresh yeast? Did you put it with the liquid first or just mix it in? I usually just mix my fresh yeast with the flour and pulse on turbo to mix it in. I also use 30gm fresh yeast - will try reducing it in my recipe too.
