Would you cook Risoni in your TM? If so, how?

Warren, I would cook Risoni as any pasta in the TMX.

Another post here led me to a site that has a recipe for Prawn, Mussel, and green olive Risoni that I was thinking of converting... You can find the recipe

Hi Warren
I would tend to just cook as per risotto type recipes, but watch that you don't overcook it.
I use it mainly in soups. The Greeks have a similar pasta that looks more like long grained rice.
