Hi & welcome to the forum Constanze.  I saw Delia Smith make bread sauce on Foxtel the other day and you will find her recipe here - what are you like at adapting recipes for the Thermomix, I'm sure it could easily be done. None of the Australian books that I have contain this recipe but perhaps a UK one has.  If so, I'm sure someone will let you know about it.

Welcome Constanze. It is lovely of you to do the Christmas dinner.

Welcome Constanze.

I watched the same programme on Foxtel the other day too JD! Delia made some fantastic dishes.

Constanze, I would recommend looking at more of the recipes on Delia's website. There's also a Traditional Roast Turkey recipe there.

You could have peas or runner beans with your brussel sprouts and some roasted vegetables (pumpkin, sweet potato, potato, onion). Good luck!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
