Yeah, but MrsT is very quiet and reserved and smaller than me - so you'll hardly even notice she's there and doesn't take up much space  ;D ;D ;D

well i love it.
so far i have made.....

butter
custard
vegetable stock concentrate
watermelon sorbet

i am going to make a chicken dish for dinner
also, a soup of some sort.

booked a demo for for sat week, so i can learn more now i have the machine.

i made another lot of vegetable stock concentrate for Mum
also a chicken curry last night.
Now to make more sorbets for kids today and jam.

potato and leek soup last night
just made lemon butter too
the kids loved watermelon sorbet, can't wait for the mangos  to be ready soon.
