Hi everyone - thanks for the nice comments on my recipe - I only just read this thread, as I've been moving house, then came down sick with the flu - hooray for us JD!  That's pretty exciting to win the competition - a nice surprise.  Okay, I'm going back to bed now!  Back when I feel better.  :-\
