Making marshmallow in the TMX

Hmm I am sure there are better recipes for my waistline that I should convert but might give this a bash. I have decided that the HOURS I am going to be spending in layby lines one day next week I am going to use the time to try and convert some recipes on paper - will see how it goes

Thermomixer, I hate it when something you remember fondly shrinks so much over the years. Wagon wheels don't even seem to taste the same. (I had to try one to see!)

It's a common theme - reducing the size of the pack and keeping the price the same... 

I happend to pick up the latest Donna Hay mag today and guess what's in there - Marshmallows! She uses corn syrup and talks about it needing to be heated to 120C (VAROMA!!). Thought I might give that a crack too... along with everything else on the list.
