Banana & Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 bananas
4tbs honey
Juice of an orange
Juice of a lime
400ml coconut cream
Preparation:
Chuck it all in and whizz it up. Pour into an old ice cream container and freeze. When frozen, serve it up and eat!

Ah! I love a person who throws their food around! Just how I like to do it.
This sounds like a tropical delight - just the thing for these hot summer days!

Ayla that sounds so easy. I've just printed it and will make it when I leave the computer. Thanks.

Sounds delicious and will give it a try but might put it into my icecream machine and then freeze it.....that is if I don't eat it beforehand, lol.
