Thanks for the prompt Thermomixer. I remembered to get my submissions in before closing this year but they didn't make the cut. BUT those recipes on there are amazing!

I thought that they must be short of recipes as Tenina had sent me an email asking where my recipes were a week or so ago!

Guess she was expecting my usual deluge of recipes.  The recipe is actually a friend's idea and I stole it  and converted it.
