I haven't actually seen that one yet, it is a new one out that we can buy (Like a Cyndi book and Additive Alert) it isn't a TMX book as such.

This is what was in my news letter that I sent out

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN WHOLEFOODS?
DO YOU LIKE TO MAKE SOURDOUGHS? - YOGHURT? - KIMCHI?
If you are, then this book is a must-have reference and recipe book, written by a man who uses the principles of Dr Weston Price and Sally Fallon.  Although it isn’t a Thermomix recipe book, it is not difficult to work out where your TM31 can be used; there is also a sheet of general Thermomix instructions on page 5.
Do you remember making apple cider or ginger beer as a child?
Did you ever “feed” the ginger beer plant with it’s daily spoonful of sugar and ginger?
Let your kids learn how to make these wonderful, old-fashioned “soft” drinks  and bring the family back in the kitchen to learn  life skills and have fun

I don't have a price for this one yet as I keep forgetting to ask!!!!  :-)) :-)) Hopefully someone else will be able to fill in the missing blanks on it  ;) ;)

Hopefully they will have it on display at the Christmas demos.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
