Anyone know of any alkaline diet friendly recipes for the tmx? My SIL and her kids are on the alkaline diet and wondering what I can make for them that they can actually eat.

I found this on pinterest where there are Alkaline Diet Recipes.

You could choose a soup and follow a similar recipe from the EDC to make it.

Gert that was interesting reading, I have been having lemon juice in water each morning , not all that pleasant and seems not doing much good.

I agree AB. I had lemon in the mornings for 9mths to a year & I noticed no difference, so I stopped when I could take it no more.

That's ok, but I'm not on it my SIL is. And there's no trying to tell her anything so I go along. I'm more of an everything in moderation kind of person.
