I made a half batch of this yesterday to set overnight.
The only changes I made was to use lemon juice as I didn't have a lime and didn't use any zest, just the juice. After adding the raspberries I did pour through a sieve to get rid of the seeds which made for a lovely, smooth mousse.
To serve I added a swirl of whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
Had so much more flavour than a strawberry mousse I've made in the past.
