Name of Recipe:Spinach & Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
150g carrot, cut into chunks
100g onion, cut into chunks
40g spinach stalks, chopped roughly
50g radish (optional)
30g butter
580g water
1 tblspn vegie stock concentrate
200g spinach leaves, chopped roughly
70g broken up vermicelli egg noodles
60g cream
S & P to taste
Preparation:
Place carrot, onion, radish & spinach stalks into TM bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 8.
Add butter & saute 6 mins/100o/speed 2.
Add water and stock concentrate and cook 10 mins/100o/speed 2.
Add spinach and cook 3 mins/100o/speed 2.
Puree 12 sec/speed 6.
Add egg noodles and cook 7mins/100o/speed 2/reverse.
Add some of the soup into the cream then pour the cream into the TM bowl. Stir through with a spatula.
Add seasonings to taste.
