Lovely marinade Andrea  :-*
I used it on 1 kg chicken thighs, and left for several hours, then slowcooked for 3 hours on high.

.........EAT CAKE!

We are very lucky to have such a magnificent view! Good Old South Africa. Love it!! :)
I managed to buy thick, fresh cream cheese for R2/250g!, looking for a fridge cheesecake recipe. Also, got a tub of fresh cranberry pulp. You're probably sleeping but please help when you can. Tx.

scatterson its probably better to put this request in recipe requests section that way you will get a quicker response...but I found two very quickly here and here

there seem to be quite a few and they are all roughly the same..crush up the biscuits to line the bottom and mix up the other ingredients and poor over then decorate and put in the fridge so good luck..easy peasy!

I used this marinade on a butterflied leg of lamb which I cooked on the Weber Q - fantastic! I actually made it for the grown-ups but my 8yo loved it as well. I've just had some leftovers in a sandwich with lettuce & tomato and it's just as good served cold.
Highly recommended.

As a friendly follow up, I made Maggie Duggan's (Consultant for Thermomix in Australia) Varoma Lamb with your marinade opi2kenopi

GREAT Varoma lamb recipe enhanced by your marinade.

As it is not my recipe (or there is any link that I can see to it) Maggie is on Facebook http://on.fb.me/1blIAjN

If anyone would like, I could post some photos here or if directed, in the What are you Cooking? section; not many comment on what I post, but LOVE sharing wherever and whenever I can!
Cheers! Joanne

mickeydownunder, I always read your post and enjoy the photos but I don't respond to all the the posts. I'm happy to follow links if I want more information whereas others like them posted here.

Still have heaps to learn...

Seeing this particular recipe was not my recipe to share re the varoma lamb, I thought I would provide as much info as I had and if I had a direct link to a recipe or info, I would post it here direct...

here's the lamb photo...and a very big thank you

This Greek Style Lamb Marinade made this dish too!
