This is the last fig recipe of summer 2010
Fig Ice-Cream CakeIngredients200g milk cream
200g white chocolate (room temperature)
350g fresh figs
75g roughly chopped walnuts
Preparation * Warm cream for 5 minutes at 80°C on Speed 2
* Break chocolate into pieces and add into TM Bowl. Mix for 2-3 minutes until melted
* Let it rest in the fridge for half an hour
* In the meantime wash, peel and halve the figs
* Insert Butterfly, whip for 3 minutes on Speed 4-5
* Add figs and walnuts, mix for 10 seconds on Speed 3
* Cover a cake tin with plastic film. Pour down the mixture. Cover with plastic film also on the top. Put it in the freezer until frozen
* Cut into slices and serve
