COMPETITION MONTHLY MOUTHFUL

HI guys, I know you're all on holiday, but I'm pretty sure you're eating breakfast everyday...so time to send us your quick and easy TM brekkie recipes...today was the deadline, but with a four day weekend coming up (for me at least) I am happy to wait for your amazing responses until next Friday 29th! So come on, get cooking...and win something fun!

HI Tenina,  made you Maple Syrup and cranberry breakfast cereal.   Very fussy DH loved it,  thanks.    Just a little fun for your comp.   I cooked a poached egg for my breakfast in the cup,  while I was cooking soup in the bowl.  It took a while,  but that didn't matter as I was doing other things .

What are the rules for submitting recipes?  Are they supposed to be original?  Or can they be converted recipes acknowledging original source?
