Tips/Hints: - To use up the marmalades at home I replaced fruit with marmalade and we enjoyed the result.
- Depending on the sweetness of the marmalade, I either decreased the amount of sweetener or didn't use it at all.
- I tried it with milk instead of yogurt. I must add though, both Stefano and I prefer yogurt ones.
- Besides the strawberry one, I tried them also with apricot, peach, red plum and mixed fruits.
I always add some banana as well. Because I like my ice pops to have not very icy-hard texture but a bit softer. Furthermore when I use a ripe banana, I need less sweetener addition.

Some with strawberries and banana and some with mango and banana. Was lucky this morning as local gourmet deli had trays of mangoes going cheap as just on the verge of being over ripe. Grandchildren eagerly awaiting them. Thanks for the recipe.
Kids loved them and so did I. Will be even more enjoyable in summer. Very yummy and a good way of getting fussy eaters to eat fruit although most of the little ones in my family all love their fruit and salads.
