I made this tonight, with drumsticks, it was delicious.

Not sure why the 5th step says to add water? There's no water in the ingredients list? I didn't add any and it certainly didn't need any, I thickened it with cornflour at the end as it was.

Mama at home with my 4yo additive sensitive son, feeding family of 3 and a furbaby easily with my Thermie.

There was an MC of water in the original recipe which Thermomixer highlighted in one of his posts on the first page of this thread. Obviously not necessary, do others use any?

Thanks for the review Carrie.  I think that it is in the latest meat cookbook and Anne Tesconi developed it - the version in the Meat bok has no water but has some brown sugar added.
