Hi From Perth WA :)
« on: January 16, 2010, 12:54:45 pm »
Hi I'm Andrew from Perth W.A.

I'm the big (6'6") Little brother of  Faffa_70 (Yup she sold me one)

I have had my Thermomix for a few weeks now and am getting my head around it.

I Live alone, so eventually will be able to answer questions about how well some of these recepies freeze :)

I have just pulled 3 recipies from the forum and gone shopping, so its time to get cooking.

:)

hope to speak to you all soon

Andrew (Tonka128)

Hi Andrew, welcome to the forum.  So she finally wore you down and you bought a TMX to get her off your back aye?  You won't regret it and Kathryn is only a phone call away when you need her help or just come on here to the forum and ask us if you need help.  I have plenty of leftovers with just the 2 of us so you are going to have heaps if you do whole recipes - would you call yourself a good cook?  You will be by the time you do a few recipes from the forum and get the hang of it.  Good luck and let us know what you are cooking won't you?

Hi Andrew and welcome. You've won the double lottery. Faffa_70 as sister and consultant. You'll be a master of the TMX in no time at all

Welcome Tonka 128,  make 1/2 recipes until you find out what you like,   and buy some plastic containers to freeze leftovers.   (I sound like you mum talking)  sorry !

Welcome Andrew! There's some great info here. Good luck with your cooking. You'll have it sorted in no time.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Very inspiring that a male is using the TM.

I'm new at this too, look forward to sharing with health & happiness!

Hi Andrew!
I think a thermomix would be a great addition to a single mans kitchen, so easy to make quick &  health meals, not to mention making cocktails when friends are around!  ;D

Hi Andrew and welcome. I'll bet your mates enjoy coming round for you to feed them now. :-\
