Oh Chookie, I wish you'd put out a cookbook with all your lovely recipes.

Thanks for bumping this one Judy - I had missed this recipe! I must try it soon. Our coriander has just bolted to seed too, so I will have to get some more growing soon.

Karen, you can scrape and use the roots. Also use the feathery bits on the stem.
Judy, no chance, too busy posting here and trying to keep up with you.

It's me CP. I sneak over and chop them off. I DO NOT like coriander.
Coriander - it's a love or hate relationship! - Nothing in between it seems!! I LOVE it!!!

I love coriander too but can never get it to grow. Might try again but this time make sure it is in the shade.

I've heard it's best grown in autumn rather than spring/summer

I made this recipe today
Really delicious we all loved it.
I only had 500g of chicken breast but used a whole red Chilli and the Sweet Chilli Sauce in the marinade
Decided to chop the breasts into chunks and tread onto wooden skewers and cook under a hot grill.Served it with
Bron's Steamed Garlic Rice
and a salad.
