Hola! Like Gertbysea, I can't wait to see some authentic Mexican recipes! And especially one for mole poblano!!! Been meaning to try and convert that one for ages, but mine may not be quite authentic - I was raised on 'Tex-Mex' food! I had mole poblano at a Mexican restaurant here in Australia, and they served it with pinapple and banana that was fried and rolled in coconut - I'd never heard of that before - is that authentic??? Wasn't the best I'd tasted either.Anyway, welcome, and I hope you enjoy the forum!Jo
