hello from Perth WA
« on: February 04, 2010, 09:45:31 am »
Super excited about my TMX - just received it today and made the custard.

The custard was a big hit with the littlies, and I saved some for my husband to thank him for my Christmas present.  ;D

Now reading the manual and cookbook, I feel like all my cooking dreams are about to come true! lol

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'd love to know more about the get-together.

What do you know, we were missing a major ingredient for our main meal this evening, so I popped open the TMX cookbook and made the tuna pasta dish with random things from the pantry. Already this machine saved the day!

And now the first batch of ice cream is in the freezer...  :)

You are right, we need to have another get together now that the ankle biters are back at school. MJ did you say you were coming to Perth in February?
